West 4Q Revenues: $349.8 million (+2%) 4Q Earnings: $31.4 million (+33%) FY Revenues: $1.4 billion (+4%) FY Earnings: $127.1 million (+13%) Comments: Pharmaceutical Packaging Systems sales were $247.1 million in the quarter, up 2%.
